Refunds

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for online orders or pre-orders. If you’ve placed a pre-order, you will receive your product as promised.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted for in-stock items only.
  • To request an exchange, email us at poeticdreamsapparel@gmail.com for confirmation and the correct return address.
  • Items must be in original condition—unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered.

Important Exchange Notes

  • Do not ship items back without confirmation from us.
  • Shipping fees for pre-order items are non-refundable as pre-orders ship at the original purchase rate.

Poetic Dreams Sweatsuit Policy

  • No refunds. All sweatsuits are made to order.
  • In Hand Products are first come first served.
  • Suits are crafted from wool, which may attract lint or fabric particles. This is normal and varies with color tone.
  • Lint can be easily removed, and all suits are shipped new.
