Refunds
- All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for online orders or pre-orders. If you’ve placed a pre-order, you will receive your product as promised.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted for in-stock items only.
- To request an exchange, email us at poeticdreamsapparel@gmail.com for confirmation and the correct return address.
- Items must be in original condition—unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered.
Important Exchange Notes
- Do not ship items back without confirmation from us.
- Shipping fees for pre-order items are non-refundable as pre-orders ship at the original purchase rate.
Poetic Dreams Sweatsuit Policy
- No refunds. All sweatsuits are made to order.
- In Hand Products are first come first served.
- Suits are crafted from wool, which may attract lint or fabric particles. This is normal and varies with color tone.
- Lint can be easily removed, and all suits are shipped new.
